Payments can be made by cash or cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less then 48 hours' notice, you may incur the full treatment fee. I shall send out automated appointment reminders 72 hours in advance by email and SMS. 

CLAIMING BACK FROM HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES

Patients with private medical insurance or health cash plans may be entitled to claim for the full or partial cost of acupuncture treatments by a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
